SNAP Mobile Boarding Project is an iPAD application for the Sales Account Executives to board the Merchants. The system integrates existing Salesforce.com lead management to convert to an opportunity and then to a Quote. The Quote process uses the pricing engine and creates Contract Agreement to be e-signed by Merchant. The System integrates with downstream applications like AMA, MAI and Merchant Master to board the merchants in various platforms like North, South and Memphis via web-service gateway and custom built MAMA workflow engine. The application also house messaging queues to publish notifications in Salesforce.com (Cloud) for the AEs to track Contract status. The Core Business part of the system includes Web Service gateway for Verify Banking, Submit Application and Notifications.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Team management and coordination with the diverse functional team – BigMachine, Saleforce.com, & Boarding Technology Services.

The First Data Client Center is a secure Web site that serves as a convenient central portal to the tools and materials that ISO’s use every day. The information and robust tools help to board accounts, learn about products and services, keep sales force informed and updated, monitor merchant portfolio, market business, track and manage POS equipment orders.

AMA (Automated Merchant Activation) is a sales tool used to board merchant accounts. This boarding tool creates contracts on both the North and CTS Holdings settlement Platforms. The contracts are created from underlying pricing templates maintained by Independent Sales Organization (ISO). The tool captures rates, fees, services & equipments and generates MPAs for the merchants to approve. The Contracts undergo workflow process on various stages starting with boarding till shipping the equipments. MAI credit checks are performed and notified to concerned users.

The WebSTP system has auto-route activity, per advisor phone number, to the correct processing team in business area.   Once in the work-list of the correct processing team, the users select a work item (i.e. Fax), view the document on-line via an image viewing facility, and, for many transactions process the activity directly onto the host system: i.e. Custody Management System (CMS) via the Web Application.
